If you find yourself shooting your way through Call of Duty 4 (which everyone should), keep your eyes peeled for a cameo appearance by everyone’s favorite computer game mastermind: WOPR. Anyone who’s seen WarGames from the 80s should love seeing WOPR prominently displayed in a Russian military base. My friend and I also played the hell out of the underrated 3D shooter for the PlayStation called WarGames: Defcon 1, vaguely based on the movie. (via Kotaku)

Just picked up Call of Duty 4 last night. Best FPS ever… yes, better even than Halo 3. The opening credit sequence is bad ass. If you’ve played The Darkness, you’ve seen this type of sequence before. Totally awesome.
